Beigh 5K
The event begins at Glenbeigh hospital and follows a scenic rural out and back route that crosses a covered bridge over the Grand River. The course is paved and hilly.
Distances offered:
- 5K out and back course.
- 1.2 mile fun walk (untimed); turn around at the covered bridge after taking pictures.
The event is open to strollers and four-legged companions. All participants receive a custom tech shirt. A free ice cream sundae bar is provided by Glenbeigh for attendees.
Awards are presented to overall Female and Male finishers in places 1 through 3 and to age group finishers in these categories: 14 and younger, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and older.
