Event Overview
The Beer City Half Long Beach takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at ShoreLine Aquatic Park in Long Beach. The event combines running races with a beer-focused festival.

- Beat The Beast Beer Mile (participants drink four 12-ounce beers while running a mile, with a "Beast" competitor chasing them)
- Beer Tasting Only option (open to ages 21-100)
Course and Festival Details
The running courses go along the Long Beach waterfront and up the LA River Trail. After the races, the Beer City Festival continues with a "Shindig" party featuring music, food trucks, and games. A "Beermazing Race" activity challenges participants to visit five local breweries between 1 PM and 5 PM. A free Beer Trolley service connects the start area at Shoreline Park with several local breweries, running approximately every 45 minutes.
Participant Perks
