The event has age limits for each race: entrants must be at least 17 for the half marathon, 15 for the 10k, and 9 for the junior race. Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and free parking (limited to 300 spaces). Vehicle admission charges are included with the entry fee and parking is located in the Walled Garden off Lady Oak Lane; the site is also accessible by bicycle.
