The Bearathon and Sic 'Em 6K are running events organized by the Baylor University Student Foundation at McLane Stadium on the Baylor University campus in Waco, Texas. The event is open to the public and has previously attracted over 2,000 registered runners from across Texas and other states.

The half marathon course includes a tour of campus with a run through Fountain Mall, a straight section along the Brazos River, and routes through the hills of Cameron Park, finishing at McLane Stadium. The Sic 'Em 6K starts and ends at the same location and provides a scenic tour of Baylor University's campus.
The event is a fundraising effort for Student Foundation Scholarships; proceeds from the race support scholarships for Baylor students. In a prior year the Bearathon contributed over $68,000 to student scholarships. Registration is offered in separate categories for students, faculty and staff, and the general public, and entry is subject to limited capacity.
