Bear Water Run - White Bear Lake Lions Club
The Bear Water Run is an annual community road race organized by the White Bear Lake Lions Club to raise funds that are returned to the White Bear Lake community. The event began in 2000 and takes advantage of the lakefront setting around White Bear Lake.
The event offers two distances:
- 10 mile run
- 20 mile run
Features include a USATF certified course, Champion Chip race timing and posted results, water and Gatorade stops approximately every two miles, race medals for all finishers, and a moisture wicking race shirt. The event provides food during the race and at the finish. Pre-registered runners receive priority for t-shirt and medal distribution; extra shirts and medals are ordered but pre-registration guarantees the requested shirt size.
Race day location is Ramsey County Beach, 5050 Lake Avenue, White Bear Lake, MN. Race packets for pre-registered runners are available the day before at White Bear Armory, 2228 4th Street, White Bear Lake, and on the day of the race at Ramsey County Beach.
