Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon
The Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon takes place on September 19, 2026, at Bear Lake State Park on the Idaho side of Bear Lake in St Charles, Idaho. The event uses the lake for the swim and includes multiple distance options across swim, bike and run legs. Bear Lake is noted for its bright blue water and mountain setting.
Distances offered include:
- Half 70 1/3: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles
- Olympic: Swim 1500 meters, Bike 24.8 miles, Run 6.2 miles
- Sprint: Swim 750 meters, Bike 12.4 miles, Run 3.1 miles
In addition to the individual distances, the program includes sprint and Olympic relays for two to three people, a half distance relay, a half duathlon with a 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run, a half aquathlon with a 1.2 mile swim and 13.1 mile run, a half aquabike with a 1.2 mile swim and 56 mile bike, and a virtual race option. The full 140 2/3 distance is not offered for 2026.
