Be Courageous: What's Your Natural High 5K
The event is a 5K Run/Walk held at Camp Courageous in Monticello, Iowa on June 13, 2026. The course follows the park trail system and is described as scenic and challenging. Event parking is located across the road from Durgin Pavillion.
Registration opens on April 3, 2026 at 10:00 and closes on June 4, 2026 at 00:59. The registration fee is $25.00. Participants who register by May 16 will receive a race T shirt.
Same day registration and packet pickup are available on race day from 7:00 to 7:45 at Camp Courageous. Additional packet pickup opportunities are scheduled for Friday, June 12 at the Anamosa Chamber, 203 E Main St, with sessions in the morning and evening. The organizer has noted details about early packet pickup will be provided.
Awards will be presented in the following categories: Overall Male and Female, 19 and Under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, and 50 and over.
