Baystate Health Nurses Week 5K Run/1K Walk
The event takes place on May 9, 2026 at 250 Whitney Ave, Holyoke, MA. It is organized by Baystate Health for employees, their families, and the surrounding community as part of the Nurses Week Race & Wellness Event.

Registration opens February 16, 2026 at 11:00 and closes April 24, 2026 at 23:59. The registration fee is $20.00. Free parking is available in the Holyoke Elks Lodge parking lot, and registration and check-in will be at a table in front of the Elks Lodge entrance.
The course begins on a dirt path toward Ashley Reservoir and finishes in the field next to the Elks parking lot. Signs and volunteers will be positioned along the course to help direct participants. Light refreshments will be provided and a food truck will be available for purchases. Finisher medals will be awarded to the first, second, and third place 5K finishers. The reservoir is a pet free environment so no dogs or other pets are allowed. The event supports the Nursing Scholarship Fund through the Baystate Health Foundation, which funds scholarships, education, and research for nursing professional development.
