About the race
Battle Cancer's flagship event returns to Olympia London on 17 October 2026. Teams of four compete in a 90-minute hybrid fitness challenge that combines endurance and teamwork across three zones and nine stations. Teams work for five minutes at each station, rest for four minutes, and move together between stations.
Two divisions are available: Challenge (standard) and Compete (advanced). The event is organised as a fundraising challenge. Fundraising is optional but encouraged, with a suggested team target of at least £200. Official partner charities include The Battle Cancer Program and Cancer Research UK, and teams may support any cancer charity of their choice. Venue information notes that Olympia London is easier to reach by public transport, with Kensington (Olympia) station adjacent and West Kensington and Barons Court within walking distance.
There are no changing rooms or shower facilities on site; food and drink options will be announced closer to the event. Tickets include an athlete t-shirt for purchases made before 17 September, unlimited spectator entry for friends and family, a finishers patch, free event photos, and access to a Battle Prep training plan. Recommended preparation includes an eight-week plan with strength and conditioning sessions and practice of the specific event movements such as Bike Erg, Row Erg, Ski Erg, box jump overs, hand-release push-ups, sit-ups, sandbag squats, dumbbell devil's press and deadlifts.
