Paul Jones Memorial Bascom Fire Bad Axe 5K & Fun Run
The event takes place on July 10, 2026, at Meadowbrook Park, 5430 W Tiffin St, Bascom, OH. It is sponsored by the Hopewell Loudon Athletic Boosters and includes a timed 5K run/walk and a short fun run for children.

Registration opens January 6, 2026 and closes on the event day, July 10, 2026. The registration fee for the 5K is $25.00 and the fun run fee is $2.00. A T-shirt is included with registration for entries completed by June 25, 2026; registrations after that date are not guaranteed a shirt.
Awards are given to the top male and top female overall. Additional awards go to the top two finishers in each male and female age group: 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and 61 and over.
