The Barrel Oak Wine Run is a 5k run/walk held on June 7, 2026 at Barrel Oak Winery and Brewery, 3623 Grove Lane, Delaplane, VA 20144, USA. Participation and logistics
Packet pickup is Race Day Only and opens one hour before the event. Minors may participate with a discounted registration; they will receive a shirt, medal, and bib but not the wine glass or wine pour, and must be accompanied by someone 21 or older. Strollers are allowed but not recommended because of uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Walking is permitted. Dogs are allowed if friendly and kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after them. Age group awards will be given to the top three finishers in each category (1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over) and must be picked up at the registration table on the day of the event. A virtual participation option is available; packets can be picked up and the run completed independently, or the registration can be transferred to a virtual race and the packet shipped for a handling fee.
