Barn Creek Backyard Ultra is a Last Man Standing running event held in Jamestown, TN on November 6, 2026. The race uses a 4.167 mile out and back loop that runs from r3 motoworx through woods on private property, crosses Barn Creek on a bridge, and lies adjacent to Colditz Cove State Natural Area. The course surface is a mix of gravel, road, and trail and features under 300 feet of elevation gain per loop.

The event follows the official backyard ultra format: each loop must be completed within an hour to be counted, runners generally start each loop on the hour with short warnings, and the winner is the last person to complete a loop. Race rules specify that, except for restrooms, competitors may not leave the course until a loop is finished, no non-competitors may be on the course, no personal aid is allowed during a loop, artificial aids such as trekking poles are not permitted, and slower runners must allow faster runners to pass. If no runner can complete one more loop than all others, there is no winner. Results report the distance covered by each runner.

The main aid station is located next to the start/finish corral and will offer warm food, water, drinks, and port-a-potties. Runners may set tents along the start corral; crew vehicles are not allowed in the tent area after setup. RV and campsite options are available on site; tent camping is free.
