About the Event
The Bantry AC Flying 5 Mile is a road race that will take place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, starting in Seafield. The route follows a section of the Wild Atlantic Way, passing along the scenic Sheep’s Head/Rooska loop. It also includes a portion on the Bantry Airstrip at the water's edge.
Prizes & Information
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers. The first male and female finishers each receive €250. There are also prizes for second and third place, as well as category prizes. Race numbers and t-shirts are to be collected on the day of the event.
