Ballwin Days 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Run
The Ballwin Days 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run is a community athletic event held in Ballwin, Missouri. The race serves as the kickoff for the annual Ballwin Days Festival and is part of the Ballwin Race Series. Participants can choose between two primary distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
The course features a scenic route that begins and ends at Vlasis Park. Participants in the 5K can compete for overall and age group awards, with categories ranging from 0-19 to 80+. The 1 Mile distance is organized as a Family Fun Run/Walk. On-course aid stations provide water and electrolyte drinks to all athletes during the event.
Registration for the event includes a race t-shirt, a finisher medal, and live race results. A portion of every registration fee is donated to the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund. Participants who register by July 21, 2026, are guaranteed a race shirt.
The finish line area connects directly to the Ballwin Days Festival, which features live entertainment, a carnival, games, crafts, and food vendors.
