Event Overview
The Balic Wine Run 5K is a chip-timed run or walk at Balic Winery in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
Registration Details
Registration includes a race bib for chip timing, a super soft cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, and a post-race pour of wine. Results are posted online. Participants under 21 receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal, and bib, but not the wine glass or wine.
Course and Schedule
The course map will be posted prior to the event. The terrain includes uneven ground. Packet pickup is on race day only, opening one hour before the event starts.
Awards and Rules
Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each category (10-year categories from 19 & under to 80 & over). To be eligible, competitive runners must start in the first group or wave. Awards can be picked up at the registration table one hour after the start of the first wave; they are only available on event day. The event is not dog-friendly due to USDA regulations for the farm. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to the terrain; children in strollers participate for free. Walking is permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
