Badlesmere 10K, North Downs AONB
The Badlesmere 10K is a countryside 10 km race set in the Kent North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The event is based at Badlesmere Village Hall, Ashford Road, Badlesmere Lees ME13 0NX, and is organised with a community focus; the event states that 100% of profits go to their charity.
The course runs through protected landscape with scenic stretches and some challenging sections; entrants are welcome to walk instead of running. Results are recorded using chip timing and finishers receive a bespoke medal. Prizes are awarded across overall and age categories after results are confirmed.
Entries include a race bib, chip timing, free bag drop, on-site toilets and changing facilities, first aid cover, and three water stations on course. Free parking is available on site and additional refreshments are provided at the start and finish. The event notes a minimum age of 18 for the 10 km and that there are no refunds.
