Badlesmere 10K
The Badlesmere 10K is a countryside 10 km race set in the Kent North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The event is based at Badlesmere Village Hall, Ashford Road, Badlesmere Lees, Kent ME13 0NX.
The course runs through protected North Downs countryside and includes scenic stretches as well as sections described as challenging; it is not a flat, fast route. Entrants may walk or run the course, and chip timing will be used to produce results on race day.
Entries include a race bib, chip timing, free bag drop, on-site toilets and changing facilities, first aid cover, free parking, three water stations on course, refreshments at the start and finish, and a bespoke finisher medal. Prize categories cover overall male and female positions and a range of age categories, with awards presented after results are confirmed.
Entry fees are shown as £25 plus booking fees, with an affiliated runner price of £24 plus booking fees. The minimum age for the 10K is 18 on race day and the event operates a no refunds policy. Spectators are welcome. The event page indicates that 100% of profits go to a charity via the community run village hall and Badlesmere Lees.
