Riverwinds Triathlon
The Riverwinds Triathlon takes place on a Sunday in April. The event is held at the Riverwinds Community Center at 1000 Riverwinds Drive in West Deptford, New Jersey.
The main event is a triathlon consisting of a 200-yard swim in an indoor pool, a 10-mile bike segment, and a 5K run. Several other race formats are available.
- Aquabike: 200-yard swim, 10-mile bike.
- Duathlon: 2-mile run, 10-mile bike, 5K run.
- Relay Triathlon: Teams can each do one leg of the triathlon.
- 5K Run: A standalone running event.
A free Kids Fun Run is held on the Saturday before the main event, following packet pickup. Participants in the kids' run receive a finisher medal.
Packet pickup is available on Saturday from 3pm to 5pm in the community center lobby, and again on race morning. An Athlete Guide with full details is sent to registered participants the week before the race. Separate course maps are provided for the swim, bike, run, and transition areas.
