Bad Blood 5K Run/Walk 2026
The Bad Blood 5K Run/Walk 2026 is scheduled for August 6, 2026. It will be held at Siena College in Albany, New York.
Events
The event includes three separate activities:
- Bad Blood 5K Run: A 5 km running race.
- Bad Blood Walk - 2.5K: A 2.5 km walking event.
- Kid's Quad Dash: A short dash for children.
Course Details
The course is the same as in previous years. Participants in the 5K run complete two loops of the course, while those in the 2.5K walk complete one loop.
Registration
Registration fees follow a schedule: $30 until May 31, 2026, $35 from June 1 to August 5, 2026, and $45 on race day. Packet pick-up is available on August 5 at Dicks House of Sport in Latham and on August 6 at the Siena Quad.
Amenities
The first 200 registrants receive a free shirt. Registered participants aged 21 and over receive a free Common Roots beer.
Prizes
Top male and female finishers win a $250 gift card. Age group prizes are awarded in categories from 12 and under to 70 and over. Team prizes are given for best team shirt, most members, and highest fundraiser.
Additional Information
The event is USATF sanctioned and uses chip timing with ChronoTrack B-Tag. Last year, nearly 500 runners and walkers participated. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
