Event overview
The Aylsham 10k takes place in Aylsham on 10/05/2026 and forms the fifth race of the 2026 Sportlink Grand Prix Series. The route starts and finishes on Blickling Road near Race HQ and follows an anti-clockwise lollypop type course on undulating, scenic country lanes. The roads used for the race will be closed for the duration of the event. Each kilometre is marked on the route. There will be a water station at 5.5 km and qualified CSAS marshals and volunteers will be positioned at key locations.
Race details and facilities
Distance: 10k
Entry fees are £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners. Minimum age is 15 years on race day. Entries are non-refundable and deferrals are not available. Transfers to another runner are available until 26/04/2026. Race numbers can be posted for a fee or collected on the day; runners must write an emergency contact and any medical conditions on the reverse of their race number.
Race HQ and exact location details are to be confirmed. Parking will be available at the Scouts field on Henry Page Road; this car park is about 15 minutes from Race HQ. Toilets, refreshments for purchase, and a baggage drop will be provided at Race HQ, with organisers not taking responsibility for unattended belongings. A bespoke medal, water and snacks are handed out at the finish and prize giving is held on the day; prizes must be collected in person or by an appointed nominee.
