Autumn - Clock Change Challenge
The Autumn Clock Change Challenge is a road running event at Calne Community Campus, White Horse Way, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0SP. It features accurately measured road races and a short supporting fun run. The 10 km race is listed as Race 8 of the Wiltshire Road Race League 2026.
Event distances include:
- 10 km road race, accurately measured, for runners aged 15 and over
- 5 km road race, accurately measured, for runners aged 11 and over
- 1.5 km fun run for under 17-year-olds on traffic-free sports fields
Course records are recorded for both distances: Men 10 km 30:27 and Women 10 km 36:42; Men 5 km 15:10 and Women 5 km 18:05. Runners in the 10 km and 5 km receive bespoke event medals; 1.5 km participants receive a finisher's medal. Electronic chip timing is provided by LPS Events.
Category prizes are awarded for top overall finishers in the 5 km and 1.5 km races. The 10 km offers top three male and female awards and first places in specified age categories plus first male and female teams, with team scoring based on the top three positions from the same club. Entry limits are stated as 400 for the 10 km and 200 for the 5 km.
Facilities and notes include free parking, changing, shower and toilet facilities, lockers, hot food and drinks, and a prohibition on portable music players. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs, prams, pushchairs and dogs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
