Auetal-Oktoberlauf

The Auetal October Run is an annual running competition organized by TSV Auetal e.V. and takes place around Hamberg in Garstedt. The event offers various distances, including a 10.5 km Heidjer Cup, a 7.5 km Nordic Walking run, a 5.5 km fun run, as well as shorter distances for students and children.

The routes pass through the Garstedt nature reserve and offer a challenging, scenic course. At the finish area, participants have access to refreshments, changing rooms, and showers.
