Au rythme de nos foulées takes place at the Héritage St-Bernard site on Île Saint-Bernard in Châteauguay. The event follows trails and is described as a family friendly and friendly gathering scheduled for October 25, 2026.

- 5 km on trail
- 10 km on trail
The program includes entertainment, music and a village of sponsor exhibitors. Course routing and facilities are organized around the main site on Île Saint-Bernard, boulevard D'Youville.
Online registration is available until October 24, 2026 at 23:59. On-site registration is also possible on the morning of the race up to one hour before the event. Base fees are listed in Canadian dollars and before service fees: CAD 20.00 for 1 km, CAD 40.00 for 5 km and CAD 50.00 for 10 km. Final prices include processing fees; these fees are taxable.
This year the 10 km course is named in memory of a long-time member and volunteer. Contributions are invited to support stroke research and care in that memory. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
