ATW St Albans Half Marathon
The ATW St Albans event takes place at Verulamium Park on 14 June 2026. It is a community focused event that raises money for local charities and organisations and supports the upkeep of Abbey View Running Track. The event lists Alzheimer's Research UK as a charity partner.
Events are held on closed roads and parkland routes that include some hills and countryside views. Walking participants receive a half marathon medal and an ice lolly at the finish. The event includes options for wheelchair entrants and a team challenge that scores the first three finishers from each team across selected distances.

- 10K closed road course open to entrants aged 15 and over
- 5K open to entrants aged 11 and over
- 1.5 Mile Family Fun Run
Time limits and completion requirements are published for each event: running entrants must complete the half marathon within 3 hours 15 minutes, wheelchair entrants within 3 hours 30 minutes, walkers within 5 hours, and 5K participants within 55 minutes. The 10K has no time limit. The Family Fun Run is not chip timed and children under eight must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket. A VIP area is available for a fee and raised funds contribute to the event charity donations. ATW offers an entry transfer option to future ATW events up to 48 hours before the event; refunds and transfers to another person are not provided.
