ATW Neon Run 5K & 10K
The ATW Neon Run is an evening running event scheduled for 16 October 2026 at Cyclopark, Watling Street, Gravesend, DA11 7NP. It is organised by Active Training World and offers two distance options on a closed track composed of wide, smooth tarmac with a 2.5 km lap layout. The course is described as accessible and suitable for a range of participants.
Distances:
- 5K, open to entrants aged 11 and over on 16/10/2026
- 10K, open to entrants aged 15 and over on 16/10/2026
Every entry includes a neon light bundle and a custom-designed medal. The event uses chip timing and provides finish-line goodies and free event photos. Four music stations are positioned around the track to provide music as runners pass each lap. On-site facilities noted for the evening include a bar and a food van. Race materials and neon bundles are collected on the evening of the event during registration.
After the races a mini post-race party will take place, with music, food and drinks available for participants and spectators. The event is presented as welcoming to newcomers and regular ATW participants and emphasises a community atmosphere without specific qualification requirements.
