ATW Mallory Race Circuit Winter Runs
The ATW Mallory Race Circuit Winter Runs take place on 17 January 2027 at Mallory Park Circuit, Church Road, Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire, LE9 7QE. The event uses the motor racing circuit and stages multiple running distances on repeated laps of a 2.5 km course.
Distances offered include:
- Fun Run: 1.25 km
- 5k: 5 km (2 x 2.5 km lap)
- 10k: 10 km (4 x 2.5 km lap)
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles (8 laps)
Age limits apply for some races: the 5k is open to entrants aged 11 and over, the 10k to entrants aged 15 and over, and the half marathon to entrants aged 17 and over. Wheelchair participants start alongside the half marathon wave regardless of the distance entered. The 5k and 10k routes use a longer 2.5 km lap in 2027 and include wave starts based on expected finish time: sub-25 minutes or 25 minutes plus for the 5k, and sub-50 minutes or 50 minutes plus for the 10k.
On-course music is provided by an ATW DJ and there will be live performers along the route. After the races there are hot drinks, snacks and music. Parking is available at Mallory Park for £3 per car, collected on exit; car sharing is encouraged and cash is preferred. Dogs are not allowed at the venue.
The event lists Alzheimer's Research UK as a charity partner. ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person but permits entry transfers to future ATW events up to 48 hours before an event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
