About the race
The ATW Mallory Race Circuit Winter Runs take place on 17 January 2027 at Mallory Park Circuit, Church Road, Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire. The event is organised by Active Training World and includes multiple race options held on the motor racing circuit.
- Fun Run: a circuit lap suitable for all ages and fitness levels
- Winter 5k: a 5k road race on the circuit
- Winter 10k: a 10k road race on the circuit
- Winter Half Marathon: a half marathon on the circuit
- Wheelchair event: wheelchair participants start alongside the half marathon field
For 2027 the 5k and 10k use a longer 2.5 km lap with wave starts to separate faster and slower runners. Wave 1 is for sub 25 minutes (5k) and sub 50 minutes (10k); Wave 2 is for 25+ minutes (5k) and 50+ minutes (10k). On-course entertainment includes an ATW DJ and live music at points along the route. After the races there are hot drinks, snacks and music in the event area.
The event lists entry prices from £14 to £43 and names Alzheimer’s Research UK as a charity partner with opportunities to donate at checkout. ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person but allows transfers to future ATW events up to 48 hours before the event without proof.
