ATW Odyssey At Box End Triathlon : 5 July 2026
The ATW Odyssey at Box End Triathlon takes place at Box End Lakes, Bedford (MK43 8RN) on 5 July 2026. The event includes the Inter Services Triathlon Championships alongside open race categories for club and individual entrants.
Box End Lake is noted in the event information for clear water and on-site run routes. The event uses multi-lap courses, non-draft legal race rules, and offers good spectator viewing and marshal support. Camping is available at Box End Park; parking is provided at Box End Lakes.
Event formats and sample distances:
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 23 km bike, 5 km run
- Standard (Olympic): 1500 m swim, 38 km bike, 10 km run
- Odyssey Half Distance: 2250 m swim, 96 km bike, 20 km run Also offered: aquabike options (swim plus bike) and relay teams of 2–3 participants.
Categories are inclusive; transgender athletes are welcomed and the event uses Female (assigned female at birth) and Open categories. There are no cutoffs for Sprint and Standard distances when run alongside the Half distance. Entry fees listed range from £69 to £175.
