Atlantic City Triathlon
The Atlantic City Triathlon is scheduled for August 1, 2027 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The event is presented by Stampone O'Brien Dilsheimer Holloway Law and produced by DelMo Elite Events. The venue uses Bader Field for pre-race operations and transition, with the finish in front of Boardwalk Hall at Kennedy Plaza.
The course combines three distinct sections: a swim in the calm Back Bay, a closed course on the Atlantic City Expressway for the bike leg with right-hand lane and shoulder closures, and a run along the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Water safety is supported by the Atlantic City Beach Patrol, the US Coast Guard, New Jersey State Police, and the Atlantic City Fire Department.
Race formats and distances include:
- Sprint: 0.25 mile swim, 11-mile bike, 5K run
- Olympic: 1 mile swim, 22-mile bike, 10K run
Both individual and relay entries are offered, and an Aquabike option is available. Registration includes a custom finisher medal, competitor shirt, professional timing, live athlete tracking via the DelMo Elite Events mobile app, and post-race food. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Wetsuit use follows published temperature rules and awards eligibility. The organizer provides an athlete guide, an interactive course map, bike rental options through a partner, and a deferral policy for a fee. No refunds are offered under standard event policies.
