Event overview
The Atlantic City Triathlon takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is billed as the 16th Annual CRDA Atlantic City Triathlon and includes Olympic and Sprint distances, plus aquabike and relay options. Many events are open to ages 12 and older. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is listed as the title sponsor.
Course and site features
The swim takes place in the back bay, not the ocean. The bike course uses the Atlantic City Expressway. The run course is almost entirely on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, with finish lines in front of Boardwalk Hall at Kennedy Plaza. In 2026 the event offers on-site camping at Bader Field next to the transition area for tents and RVs.

- Olympic Triathlon: 1 Mile swim, 22 Mile bike, 10K run
- Olympic Aquabike: 1 Mile swim, 22 Mile bike
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.25 Mile swim, 11 Mile bike, 5K run
- Sprint Aquabike: 0.25 Mile swim, 11 Mile bike
Registration inclusions and services
Registration includes a custom finisher medal, a long sleeve tech competitor shirt, real timed race results, live tracking via the DelMo Elite Events app, and post-race food.
