Event overview
The Atlantic City Triathlon takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Bader Field in Atlantic City, NJ (545 N. Albany Ave., 08401). This is the 16th annual CRDA Atlantic City Triathlon. The event program includes Olympic and Sprint distances, aquabike options, and relay categories. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is listed as the title sponsor.
Courses and distances
The swim takes place in a calm back bay, not the ocean. The bike course uses the Atlantic City Expressway. The run course is almost entirely on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, with both finish lines in front of Boardwalk Hall at Kennedy Plaza.
- Olympic Triathlon: 1 Mile swim + 22 Mile bike + 10K run
- Olympic Aquabike: 1 Mile swim + 22 Mile bike
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.25 Mile swim + 11 Mile bike + 5K run
- Sprint Aquabike: 0.25 Mile swim + 11 Mile bike
The race director reserves the right to alter the course.
Registration, amenities and other notes
The organizer lists on-site camping at Bader Field next to transition for 2026. Registration items include a custom finisher medal, long sleeve tech competitor shirt, real timed race results, live tracking via the DelMo Elite Events app, and post-race food.
