Atlantic City Marathon
The Atlantic City Marathon is a long-standing road race first held in 1958, identified as the third oldest ongoing marathon in the United States. The event takes place in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Absecon Island and spans two days on October 16 and 17, 2027.

Several combined-event options are offered under the King Neptune Challenge. Registration periods and entry fees are provided for each event; registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026. Published entry fees include $85.00 for the Marathon, $70.00 for the Half Marathon, $35.00 for the 10K, $35.00 for the 5K, $110.00 for the Marathon-based King Neptune combinations, and $100.00 for the Half Marathon-based King Neptune combinations.
