ATHX MIAMI 2026
ATHX MIAMI 2026 is scheduled for 10 Oct 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. The event is a 2.5 hour continuous fitness competition staged across six zones with a single set challenge in each zone to test multiple aspects of fitness.
The six zones are:
- Warm-Up Zone: a space to mobilise and activate before competing.
- Strength Zone: a testing area focused on lifting and strength tasks.
- Refuel Zone: a place to recover, rehydrate, and recharge between efforts.
- Endurance Zone: sustained, high output work to test stamina.
- Recovery Zone: recovery technology and space to reset for the final stage.
- MetCon X Zone: a functional fitness workout on the competition floor.
Competition categories are ATHX, ATHX Pro, and ATHX Lite. Entries are available for Individual and Pairs competition, with pairings offered as male, female, or mixed teams. Participants choose a heat for their competition. Published entry fees list Individual entry at US$149 and Pairs entry at US$269. Volunteer opportunities are listed for activity on the day.
