Astro Fit Challenge
Astro Fit Challenge is an outdoor fitness event at Aylsham Sports Hub on 8 August 2026. The arena is an open air high-grip 3G pitch and the format uses repeated functional zones with running and station work.
The event has five activity zones. Each zone contains three exercise stations and includes movements such as Farmer Carry, Plate Burpees and Box Step Overs. Each completed exercise earns points. Every zone session begins with a run of 220 m before entering the functional zone. Each activity zone lasts 11 minutes for adult formats; timings will differ for youth entrants. There is a 5 minute rest break between zones and each wave lasts 1 hour 20 minutes. Weights are adjusted according to gender and whether the entrant is an adult or youth.
Age categories are adult 16 and over and youth 11 to 16. Entry fees are Single £30, Double £50 for two entrants and Youth £25. A £5 discount per entrant applies to Aylsham Sports Hub members; a code will be emailed to members or can be requested at the sports hub reception. All bookings are managed by Total Race Timing and wave allocations are provided nearer the event. Parking is available in a large car park adjacent to the 3G pitch. Refreshments are available from a Coffee Cart outside the pitch. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Aylsham Sports Hub is a multi-sports complex near the A140 between Norwich and the North Norfolk coast. Facilities include a 40 station air-conditioned gym, spin studio, floodlit 3G pitch, swimming pool, exercise classes and hire of badminton and tennis courts.
