Astro Fit Challenge

Astro Fit Challenge is an outdoor fitness event at Aylsham Sports Hub held on the high-grip floodlit 3G pitch. The event uses a station-based format in which participants start each station with a 220 m run, then enter a functional zone to complete exercises and score points.

The event features five activity zones with three exercise stations in each zone. Example activities include Farmer Carry, Plate Burpees and Box Step Overs. Each completed exercise earns points. Each activity zone lasts 11 minutes; at the start of the 11 minutes participants run 220 m and use the remaining time to complete exercises and score points. Waves include a 5-minute rest break between zones and last 1 hour 20 minutes. Weight loads are adjusted by gender and by adult or youth entrants. Timings differ for youth entrants.

Entry categories are Adult (16+), Youth (11–16), Single, Double and Youth pricing is listed. Standard entry prices are Single £30, Double £50 for two entrants and Youth £25. A £5 per entrant discount applies to Aylsham Sports Hub members when a member code is used. Bookings are managed by Total Race Timing. A large car park is adjacent to the 3G pitch and refreshments will be available from a coffee cart outside the pitch. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
