Event Information
The Ashburn Village Fiesta Run offers a 10K, a 5K, and a Fun Run event. All races start and finish at Fincastle Field, located at 44065 Fincastle Drive in Ashburn, Virginia. The event date is Saturday, May 2, 2026.
The courses travel through Ashburn Village. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified. The terrain is described as having no more than a one percent grade incline at any point.
Registration and Fees
Registration has two pricing categories: one for Ashburn Village (AV) residents and one for non-residents. Prices increase after April 2, 2026. Online registration remains open until the morning of the race.
- 10K: AV Resident fee is $40, increasing to $45. Non-Resident fee is $45, increasing to $50.
- 5K: AV Resident fee is $35, increasing to $40. Non-Resident fee is $40, increasing to $45.
- Fun Run: AV Resident fee is $15. Non-Resident fee is $20.
Packet Pickup
Packet and t-shirt pickup, along with late registration, is scheduled for Friday, May 1, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion (20585 Ashburn Village Blvd). On race day, registration and packet pickup are available from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM at Fincastle Field.
Post-Race and Awards
At the finish line, there is a morning fiesta with music, food, and refreshments. All proceeds benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K. Additional awards are presented to the top male and female finisher in each age group for both races, ranging from 12 & Under to 70 & Over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
