ASC Heart & Sole 5K : Plano, Texas

The 16th Annual ASC Heart & Sole event takes place on February 14, 2026 at Oak Point Park / Red Tail Pavilion in Plano, Texas. The event benefits Shared Housing Center, which provides affordable housing options and supportive services for at-risk single-parent families and elderly residents in the Dallas area. Kids, dogs, runners, walkers, and families are all welcome.

1 Mile Fun Run

All finishers receive a finisher item and a long sleeve t-shirt. Awards include 1st Overall Male and Female, 1st Overall Masters Male and Female, and age-group awards for 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Chip timing is required to be eligible for top finisher awards. Youth pricing of $15 for ages 14 and under is applied automatically.

Post-race festivities include breakfast, live music, a kids area with a bounce house, face painters, and a balloon artist, plus food and beverage offerings from listed vendors and a free photo booth. Packet pickup is offered the Sunday before the event at two 7-Eleven locations in Dallas and Plano. Course and parking maps are provided for participants.
