Event overview
The 44th Annual ARK 5K Classic is a road running event that includes a standard 5K race and a wheelchair/handcart division. The event is staged at Crystal Hill Elementary School in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Entry for the listed events is shown as $20 for each event.
Logistics and awards
Packet pick up is offered the day before at Rock City Running (Market Place Shopping Center, 11121 N Rodney Parham Rd Ste 37B, Little Rock, AR 72212) and on race morning. Packets include a timing chip that is attached to the shoe; chips must be returned after the race or a $25 fee will be charged. Runners are asked to wear the bib front facing in the torso area. The organizer offers a choice of tank or t-shirt as the giveaway; there is a registration deadline to guarantee a shirt (August 14, 2025 at 11:59pm).
Online registration is scheduled to close on August 28, 2025; in-person registration options are listed at Rock City Running and on race day for a stated $35 cash-or-check fee. The race is chip timed, with timing services provided by Garner Timing Services. Awards include overall top three male and female, top three masters (40+), top three wheelchair finishers, and age-group awards given three deep across standard age brackets from 0-9 through 80 and over.
