ARC Irene Road Run/Walk is a road running and walking event at the Irene Athletics Clubhouse located inside the Agricultural Research Centre (ARC) Irene in Nelmapius Drive, Irene, Centurion, Gauteng.

No athletics license is required and the event is open to non-club members. Race numbers are not collected the day before; participants receive their race number on the morning of the event when they register. Pre-entry fees are listed per distance, and an additional charge applies for on-the-day entry; a reduced flat fee applies for children under 13 years and adults over 60 years with no extra on-the-day charge.
The road option uses internal roads within the ARC Irene grounds and does not go onto public roads. Water tables are available on all routes. Walking and hiking are permitted on selected distances. Pets are not allowed. Amenities at the venue include a clubhouse offering coffee, drinks and snacks. Entry includes a marked route, water tables, a finisher medal, venue entry and parking, and Vitality points. Organisers do not offer refunds or transfers of entries.
