Event Overview
Across the Years is a multi-day running event held annually around the New Year. The event takes place at the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona.
Event Format
The event format is primarily fixed-time, where participants cover as much distance as possible within their chosen time limit. Runners are free to walk, rest, eat, or sleep at their own discretion, but the clock continues to run. There is also an option for fixed-distance races.
Available Distances and Events
Participants can choose from several events:
- Traditional 6-day race.
- 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour races.
- Fixed-distance options of 100 miles, 200 miles, or a daily marathon.
- A Last Person Standing event.
Additional Challenge
For fixed-time events, there is an optional "Around the Clock" challenge. To complete it, a participant must record at least one lap per hour for the entire duration of their event. Successfully completing this challenge earns a custom award. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
