The route passes practice fields, the main stadium and parking areas; gaiters are recommended for non-paved sections. Facilities include a 24-hour main aid station, a medical tent staffed by EMTs, a napping tent with limited cots, a warming area, RV and general parking, and equipment rentals (tents, cots, sleeping bags, tables).
