The course is a loop of approximately 1.42 miles (2.27 km) that runs through the training fields and around the main stadium. Surfaces are a mix of dirt and asphalt/concrete; gaiters are recommended for non-paved sections. A timing chip and bib system tracks laps; guest bibs are limited and pacers are not permitted in the traditional sense, with specific restrictions for the Last Person Standing race.

Tent, cot, sleeping bag and table rentals are offered. Awards include a finisher glass for all finishers, distance buckles, marathon medals, and an awards banquet after the event.
