Apple Harvest Run
The Apple Harvest Run takes place in Santaquin, Utah, at the location of Rowley's Red Barn. The course consists of hard-packed dirt roads that wind directly through active apple and cherry orchards. This event is held during the harvest season, providing a backdrop of autumn colors throughout the agricultural landscape.
Participants can choose from several distance options:
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile
- Virtual Race (3.1 miles)
The event coincides with the start of local fall festivals and Harvest Days. The venue offers various seasonal activities following the races, including hay rides, a corn maze, zip lines, and bounce pads. Other attractions at the site include apple launchers, a large slide, and a pumpkin patch. Registration for the running events includes a race shirt, a 4-inch finisher medal, timing services, and a bib.
Food and beverage options available at the Red Barn include apple cider donuts, apple cider slushes, and ice cream.
