Trek Antwerp Marathon
The Trek Antwerp Marathon is a multi-distance running event held in the city of Antwerp. Participants can choose between three different distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10K
Each finisher receives a unique medal to commemorate their achievement. Participants in the full marathon also receive an exclusive event T-shirt as part of their registration. The event features a pacer team for the marathon distance, with pacers identifiable by colored flags indicating specific finish times.
The organization provides several services to participants, including a personalized bib number for those who register by late September. The course is equipped with refreshment stations at regular intervals and at the finish line. Electronic chips are used to ensure accurate time registration, and live results are made available on the event website.
Practical facilities include changing areas in tents and a storage area for sports bags. The routes are clearly marked with kilometer and time indicators. For participants finishing the race, there is an optional medal engraving service available for a fee. The marathon distance has a time limit of 5.5 hours, while the half marathon has a limit of 3 hours.
Official race photography is provided along the course. Name or distance changes are permitted until late September through the organization, after which changes can only be made on-site during the race weekend for a fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
