Annual Giving Campaign 5K and Healthy Kids Day
The Annual Giving Campaign 5K is organized by the YMCA of Lancaster and Fairfield County and takes place on May 9, 2026. The 5K run and walk starts and finishes at the Robert K. Fox YMCA and follows the Hocking River bike path. The event includes awards by age division and recognizes top female and male finishers. Door prizes are part of the race day offerings.

Registration is handled online. Early-bird pricing applies through May 3: Members pay $20 and non-members pay $25. Registration fees increase by $5 after the early-bird deadline. Race day registration and packet pick-up are available at the YMCA.
The 5K supports the YMCA Annual Giving Campaign. Funds help provide after-school programs for at-risk youth, financial assistance for memberships, and community health initiatives.
Healthy Kids Day is held on the same day at the Robert K. Fox Family YMCA, 465 W. 6th Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio. Healthy Kids Day is free to the public and features games, kids fitness classes, sports skills clinics, arts and crafts, dancing, and community partner booths.
