Love & Encouragement 5k Run and Walk (memorial event)
The Love & Encouragement 5k takes place on October 17, 2026 at Farmington Heritage Park in Farmington, Mississippi, on the east side of Corinth. The event supports a 4-H scholarship established in memory of a 15-year-old 4-H member who passed away in April 2016 after ten years of involvement in county and state programs. The 2026 edition is the tenth running of the event.
The program includes multiple entry categories: adult (20 and above), youth (19 and under), and a spirit runner shirt-only option. Distances offered are:

All participants receive a race medal. Finishers in the top three of each age group, separated by male and female divisions, receive placing medals. T-shirt sizes listed during pre-registration are available; size availability cannot be guaranteed after the pre-registration period.
Registration opens in May 2026 and closes on September 26, 2026. Published registration fees are $20.00 for adult entries, $15.00 for youth entries, and $15.00 for the spirit runner shirt-only option.
