About the race
The 44th Annual Andy's Road Race takes place at Memorial Park in Huron, South Dakota, on September 5, 2026. The event includes road races, a memorial walk, and a kids fun run.
The program offers the following distances:
- 5K Road Race
- 10K Road Race
- 2 mile Harvey Gleich Memorial non-competitive walk
- 1/4 mile Kids Fun Run for elementary children with no registration fee
The running courses pass through Memorial Park, Riverside Park, and Ravine Park, include a section along Riverside Road, and finish back in Memorial Park. The event is a sanctioned SDHSAA event. Registrations received by August 28, 2026, will guarantee t-shirt size. Limited race day registration will be available.
