Anaheim Firecracker 5K/10K
The Anaheim Firecracker event takes place on July 4, 2026 at 220 S. Imperial Hwy in Anaheim, California. The program offers both running and walking options and includes timed and untimed entries.

Event entries include a 5K timed running event, a 5K untimed walking event, and a 10K timed running event. Runners receive a timing chip attached to their bib and official times are recorded when participants cross the start timing mat. Course markers and clearly marked turnaround points guide participants along the route. Strollers and dogs are allowed.
Parking is available in the Canyon High School parking lot and on nearby streets and neighborhoods. Portable restrooms will be on site. Participants may bring their own hydration; additional hydration stations and local expo booths are located near the finish area.
Packet pickup is scheduled at three locations and times: Saturday, June 27, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at A Snail's Pace, 1040 E Imperial Hwy # F2, Brea, CA 92821. Tuesday, June 30, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brewery X, 3191 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806. Friday, July 3, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at A Snail's Pace, 1040 E Imperial Hwy # F2, Brea, CA 92821.
Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age group. Age groups include 14 and under, 15–20, 21–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
