Amy's Adventure Race for the Lake
Amy's Adventure Race for the Lake takes place on October 3, 2026, at Amy's Park in Bolton Landing, New York. The event is organized by the Lake George Land Conservancy and offers in-person and virtual trail running options that use the wooded preserve and its trail network.
The course passes through ponds, marshes, and forests and includes rugged terrain with about 700 feet of elevation gain. Proceeds support land conservation work within the Lake George watershed. The Lake George Land Conservancy has protected more than 14,221 acres of land since 1988.
Distances offered include:
- 4.5 mile trail race in person
- 4.5 mile virtual option usable during the October 3 to October 5 weekend
- 10 mile loop on trail
Registration for the event includes race amenities such as a raffle entry, a beer at the finish, and a medal. A community after-party is held at the Bolton Landing Brewing Company and is open to race participants and community members; the after-party features a raffle and beer.
