Amy Mihaljevic 5K, Walk & Kids Dash
This memorial run and walk takes place on October 24, 2026, at Cahoon Park in Bay Village, Ohio. The event is offered with no registration fee for 2026 and includes on-site and virtual participation options. Donations and fundraising are invited; proceeds support an investigation through the established Amy Fund and may be used for DNA testing and other investigative expenses.

The event began in 2020 as a walk during the COVID year and later expanded to include a 5K race. Participant benefits listed by the organizer include chip timing for the 5K, an untimed memorial walk, an untimed Kids Dash near the gazebo, an Amy Memorial Medal awarded to top male and female times in age categories, and a long sleeve T shirt offered to those who fundraise at least $50.
