American Heritage Girls Run for His Glory 5K
The American Heritage Girls Run for His Glory is a faith-based fundraiser held at Camp Bowie Memorial Park in Early, TX. It is organized by a nonprofit troop associated with High Mesa Cowboy Church and supports a program for girls aged 5 to 18. The event raises money for scholarships to help make the troop more affordable for the Brownwood community.
The event features a 5K running race and family-oriented activities. Bands, booths and food trucks will be available during the event. Registered children under 5 are free and will receive a medal and a kite.
Registration opens January 7, 2026 and closes May 25, 2026. Early registration through May 24 is listed at $35 for the 5K; groups of 10 or more are listed at $25 per person with the group discount applied after the tenth registrant. After May 24 the 5K fee is listed at $40.
Awards are given by male and female age divisions: 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+. Overall male and female winners are also recognized.
