American Heritage Girls Run for His Glory 5K
The American Heritage Girls Run for His Glory 5K is scheduled for August 15, 2026, at Camp Bowie Memorial Park, 2710 Crockett Dr., Early, Texas. The event is organized by a nonprofit, faith-based troop associated with High Mesa Cowboy Church. It serves girls aged 5 to 18 and emphasizes spiritual growth through parent-supported activities, badge work, and community support.

The main competition is a 5K running race. Registration opens January 7, 2026. Early registration fees through May 24 are $35 for the 5K and $25 for groups of 10 or more; group discounts apply after the tenth registrant. Registration after May 24 is $40 for the 5K. Registered children under 5 are free and will receive a medal and a kite.
Awards are given by male and female age divisions: 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+, plus overall male and female winners. Packet pick-up is scheduled in advance at High Mesa Cowboy Church. The event will include family-oriented activities, live music, booths, and food trucks.
