Amberaid 30 Trail Race and Petit Raid

The Amberaid 30 Trail Race and Petit Raid are trail running events held in the scenic Amber Valley, Derbyshire, near the eastern edge of the Peak District. The Amberaid 30 is a challenging 31-mile ultra trail run featuring undulating countryside paths, punchy climbs, engaging descents, expansive views, and pleasant woodland trails. The course forms a figure of eight starting from Ashover Village Hall.

For those preferring a shorter distance, the Petit Raid offers a 20-mile northern loop with quality trails and hills. The route is mostly unmarked, with route notes and GPX files provided, requiring participants to navigate with their own maps.
