Alverstone Altitude Rush 2026
The Alverstone Altitude Rush is a school fundraiser obstacle-course event held at Roseway Waldorf School and Alverstone Wildlife Park in the Alverstone Hills, KwaZulu-Natal. The event is presented by Roseway Waldorf School and has grown into a recurring obstacle course fundraiser in the Upper Highway area.
The course includes 30 obstacles and offers multiple entry categories for individuals and teams. Categories specify age ranges and team sizes: some individual classes are for participants aged 18 and up, junior classes cover mid-teen age ranges, and team classes require groups of four. Family teams must include at least one adult. Penalties apply when participants or teams are unable to complete obstacles; some classes follow competitive OCR-style penalty rules.

All finishers receive a medal and small prizes are awarded to the top three in each category. A bag-drop service is available for R20 per bag and R10 per key with payment by cash or Zapper. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase on site; outside food and drink are not permitted. Alcohol is not allowed at the venue.
