5k Fun Run at Altar Society Brewing Co.
This is an untimed 5k fun run hosted at Altar Society Brewing and Coffee Co. in Long Beach as part of the California Brewery Running Series. The route is clearly marked, starts and ends at the taproom, and follows an open course on local roads where participants must obey traffic laws.
Registration includes one craft beer at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag (collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item), and access to post-run music, games, prizes, and partner giveaways. Participants under 21 are offered a nonalcoholic beverage instead of alcohol, and attendees should be prepared to show ID. There is no bag check on site. Dogs and strollers are allowed with care and according to venue policies.
A portion of proceeds supports local nonprofits; the event states that 10% of proceeds will go to organizations such as East LA Rising, Radiate Motivate, and Alma Family Services.
