Alpha Run - Bel Aire
Alpha Run is a fundraising event on November 7, 2026 at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kansas, located at 5500 E. 45th St. The event raises funds for the phased construction of the new Alpha Building, which will include a theater, a gymnasium, and a tornado shelter to serve the school and the local community. - 200 m kids run
The 5k and 1-mile races are chip timed and include a bib, a T-shirt, and indoor breakfast. The 200 m kids run includes a bib, a T-shirt, a finisher’s award, and indoor breakfast. A combined entry option covers both the 1-mile and the 5k, and there is a breakfast only option.
Racing awards are organized by separate male and female classes in both the 1-mile and the 5k with age groups 5-9; 10-12; 13-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60 plus. Packet pickup is scheduled at the school on November 6, 2026 and on the morning of the event. Registrations received by October 15, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt.
