Allerton World Fair Race
The Allerton World Fair Race is a community run and walk held in Allerton, Iowa on September 19, 2026. The event is organized by the Wayne JH/HS Cross Country Programs and is part of the annual Allerton World Fair. The course starts and finishes near the Inn of the Six Toed Cat at 200 N Central Ave, Allerton.

Registration details note a standard online entry fee of $12 plus a convenience fee and a higher fee for race day registration of $15. There will be no event t shirts this year; organizers indicate shirts may be offered in future editions if the event continues annually.
Awards are given to overall male and female winners in both the 2 mile walk and the 5K run with trophies. The 5K also awards medals to the top two finishers in each of the following age groups for male and female competitors: 0 13, 14 39, 40 59, and 60 plus.
