The All Paws on the Ground 5K is a fundraising event for the nonprofit organization Giving Paws. The event takes place at Uncle John's Cider Mill in Saint Johns, Michigan, on August 15, 2026.

The Event
The 5K run and walk welcomes participants with dogs on a leash. The course is located within the grounds of Uncle John's Cider Mill farm.
The event is part of a larger Dog Daze of Summer festival with activities scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Festival activities include vendors, a family-friendly scavenger hunt, a pup cup station, and a frisbee challenge.
Registration and Perks
The standard registration price is $30. A family discount of $5 per person is available for families who register three or more people at the same time. Registration includes a race t-shirt and sponsor giveaways. Shirts are guaranteed for entries through July 30, 2026. A free race entry is offered with a $100 donation to the nonprofit.
Additional Events
A non-timed Young Pups Kids' Dash for children of all ages is scheduled before the main 5K.
Awards and Timing
The 5K is chip-timed. Medals are awarded to all chip-timed runners and walkers. The top three men and women in six age categories also receive medals. All participants under 18 in the Kids' Dash, and all dogs, receive a participation medal. There is no formal awards ceremony; medals are distributed after the race.
